Full Refund: Cancellations made 42 or more days before the event will receive a full refund.
50% Refund: Cancellations made between 32 to 41 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made within 31 days of the event are non-refundable.
In cases of force majeure (e.g., illness, emergencies), we may offer partial refunds or the option to transfer your booking to another event, at our discretion.
Customer Acknowledgment: By booking the Experience, you acknowledge that you have purchased travel insurance or other relevant insurance coverage to cover any potential cancellations, delays, or unforeseen circumstances that may prevent your participation in the event. We recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against personal, medical, or travel-related issues.
You must have purchased insurance prior to the start date of the Experience and provide proof of insurance upon request. Trip to Riga is not responsible for any failure to obtain or maintain appropriate insurance coverage.
We shall not be held responsible for any delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions. In the event of a force majeure situation, we will notify you as soon as possible and may offer a rescheduling or refund based on the situation.
Health and Safety: You are responsible for ensuring that you are fit and healthy to participate in the Experience. Please inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements before booking. We reserve the right to refuse participation if we believe you are unfit to attend.
